President of the United States of America
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue
Washington, D.C.   20500

Dear Mr. President:

Re:  Reparations and Relocation of Descendants of Slaves
Who Choose to Move to Friendly Countries

The American Colonization Society (ACS), founded in 1817 was established to
resettle free Blacks outside of the United States.  Although this
organization no longer exists, please consider why it was formed and how its
objective and Reparations can finally permit us all to lay the
Triangular/African Slave Trade and its horrible and painful aftereffects on
descendants of Slaves to rest.

Please understand that the plan of the ACS was to give Blacks an opportunity
to true liberty and genuine freedom that could only be acquired outside of
the countries that so unmercifully enslaved Black Peoples.  With Reparations
there are yet those of us, Blacks, who are most desirous of leaving the
Americas and other countries that took us captives out of Africa.  We appeal
to you and to all the leaders of this World to once again establish a means
that will give us an alternative to return to Africa or to live in friendly
countries willing to accept descendants of Slaves.  I write in behalf of all
Blacks who seek Reparations whether it is to leave the lands of our captivity
or to remain in them.

This letter is to provide World Leaders an opportunity to learn of Black
concerns for Reparations for the free labor of African Slaves, why these
overdue payments are imperative and crucial for our well-being and welfare,
and their purpose.  Also please realize that Reparations and relocation to
friendly countries would represent closure and the need to give the Slaves of
old the occasion to rest in peace from the horrors of the worst bondage ever
to occur on this planet.  Then all peoples and nations may heal from the
human rights atrocities committed against the Black Peoples of this World.

It is the Black Burden of Proof to cause the World to realize that we have
the history of the African Slave Trade, as well as, the history of the not so
distant past and current events to stand as evidence of racism, race hatred,
modern-day lynchings, police brutality, racial profiling, discrimination,
repression, White Privilege, and continued degradation to stand as profound
reason for Blacks deserving Reparations for the forced migration and ethnic
cleansing of Black Peoples out of Africa.  Blacks still are not justly
represented in Congress, the Senate, in the work force in managerial and
corporate positions.  And then there are still the "have nots" and the
controlled and sustained ghettoes that plague Blacks and the maintenance of
the affluent "haves" that please and benefit Whites  This heinous
discrimination is not making matters better but rather abounds and thrives
due to the pressures of the powers-that-be who do nothing to prevent this
affliction and discontent that only hurts Blacks and other people of color.

Even you, Mr. President, do not hesitate to demonstrate to the peoples of the
U.S. and the World your blatant favoritism towards the European Jews in
Israel, in Germany, and in Iran while you exhibit a continued lack of
compassion for the injustices and inequities afflicted upon Blacks of your
very own country.  You have totally disregarded the many requests and social
and political needs of black peoples of the United States even though we have
given you our total support for going on eight years and even in matters
concerning your most personal issues.  In your July 4th Millenium speech, you
said that we should, "Welcome people into our hearts."  But yet you have not
welcomed Blacks into yours.  We are a people in dire need of everything
because of the restraints and repression that have suppressed our talents and
rendered us a so-called "inferior" people.  We are a people cognizant of our
dilemma and, thus, the reason we reach out to you, Mr. President, for your
assistance.  However, our letters to you regarding our plight, month after
month for almost three years, have gone unanswered.    You have not addressed
even one.

This July 4th Millenium, please consider the ideals of Americaís founding
fathers.  The American Revolution, the Declaration of Independence, and the
U.S. Constitution, were not instances in history of which Blacks can be
proud, as these developments did not in any way have any impact on ending
Slavery in the United States and the human rights atrocities committed
against Blacks but rather only perpetuated this inhumane bondage and
suffering.   Iím sure that you are aware that Slaves did not benefit from
these achievements nor were the descendants of Slaves.  Thus the "pursuit of
happiness" was not and has never been a reality and much less an "American
Dream" for Blacks.   We have been plagued with cruel acts and many injustices
of the worst kind since being forcibly migrated to the United States and to
other White Nations.

Thomas Jefferson, in his "Notes on the State of Virginia" wrote, that he had
never known a Black who "uttered a thought above the level of plain
narration" and that they were "in imaginationÖdull, tasteless and anomalous"
and "inferior to whites in the endowments of body and mind."  Being a
founding father of the United States, Jeffersonís words were well accepted in
White Society all over the World.  But the "superior beings" calling Blacks
"savages" and "inferior" failed to realize that our forebears were everything
they had said only because they had denied them the right to an education and
forced them to lead animalized lifestyles in shacks with mud floors while the
Slave Masters lived in splendid mansions on plantations built and maintained
by their Slaves.

In 1829 David Walker, a Boston used-clothing salesman with belief in
"unalienable rights" wrote, "[It is] an unshaken and forever immovable fact,
that your full glory and happiness, as well as all other coloured people
under Heaven, shall never be fully consummated, [without] the entire
emancipation of your enslaved brethren all over the world."  Walker was so
right, as to this day, Blacks are still treated with disdain and race hatred,
and happiness is not a word in our vocabulary.

On October 16, 1995 in your speech on "Racism in America" in Texas, you
stated, "Racism is the White Manís problem and the Black Manís burden."  Of
this there is no doubt, I am sure that most, if not all of the World, would
agree with you since "racism" is a product of those who enslaved Black
Peoples.  On U.S. currency is inscribed "In God We Trust."  This being so,
then please permit me to inform you of GODís concern for wickedness and for
the oppressed:

"Is not this the fast that I have chosen?  To loose the bands of wickedness,
to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye
break every yoke?"   Isaiah 58:6

If "Racism is the White Manís problemÖ" and is due to and is the cause of the
enslavement and degradation of Black Peoples, then it is incumbent upon the
United States and all nations that harbor the descendants of Slaves to grant
us our freedom and Reparations to resettle elsewhere with an opportunity to
better ourselves, as this is what the above Scripture is all about - being
set free of bondage.

Even with the Emancipation Proclamation, Blacks were disenfranchised,
remained oppressed and the unprivileged, victims of government controlled
segregation and persecution, unjust Constitutional and Supreme Court
decisions and Jim Crow Laws, excluded from unions and all other social
systems, lacked Civil Rights and Human Rights, endured legislation against
Blacks that sustained restraint for our achievement and prosperity, and were
constantly told, "Coloreds Need Not Apply," as late as the 1960ís.

In your State of the Union Address in January of this year and the First Lady
in her fight for the U.S. Senate seat you both made mention of the injustices
and indignities that Blacks face in the United States, but nothing whatsoever
has been done to stop the degradation Blacks face, not since your
Administration or before it.   Hence, our depressing dilemma and plight
continue unto this day.

Unfortunately, it would appear that descendants of Slaves will never be happy
and accepted and permitted to assimilate in White Societies and be treated
with the same respect and esteem as are Whites.   History is another
saddening reminder of the facts and the evidence of the race hatred that has
all but completely destroyed Black Peoples due to the African Slave Trade.

In 1817 Elias B. Caldwell, clerk of the Supreme Court stated, "Yet it is
considered impossible with the present feelings towards these people, that
they can ever be placed upon this equality, or admitted to the enjoyment of
these Ďunalienable rightsí while they remain mixed with us.  Some persons may
declaim and call it prejudice.  No matter!  Prejudice is as powerful a
motive, and will as certainly exclude them, as the soundest reason."

In 1828, The New York Manumission Society wrote to the American Convention of
Abolition Societies:  "We believe it is not the color, abstractly considered,
which causesÖprejudice; but the condition in which we have been accustomed to
view the unfortunate [Negroes].  And hence, by a natural association, the
mind connects with the color of the skin and idea of that debasement of
character which is inseparable from their condition."

Obviously, these notions still exist in view of the discrimination and
prejudice against all Blacks that is so ubiquitous in the United States and
the World.  Not one "White" Representative, Senator, or other public servant
consistently stresses the dire need to end the race hatred and prejudice that
is so alive and well in the United States and the rest of the World for the
sake of harmony and peace among the races in White societies - not one!  Not
even Blacks in prestigious positions are steadfast and diligent in this
regard for fear of repercussions and consequences for such a platform, as
they want to keep their jobs.

There is no question that the African Slave Trade left an indelible stigma on
descendants of Slaves that sustains and labels Blacks the "inferior" race and
second-class citizens.  Notwithstanding, the U.S. Congress and Senate thatís
quite aware of the injustices, inequities, prejudice, and White Privilege
that exists in White Societies have no compassion to make amends for Slavery
and to hear the pleas of Black Peoples who desire to relocate to friendly
countries.  Not only is there no apology for the Triangular/African Slave
Trade, but there is no restitution for the free labor of the Slaves that made
the United States and other countries the economic giants they are today.

Descendants of the Slave Masters yet have a legacy of wealth and prosperity,
but descendants of Slaves have nothing but perplexities, confusion, and
despair to show for the labors of our forebears and for the disparaging lives
we lead in the lands of our captivity.  Therefore, our appeal is to the
United States and all countries that reaped the benefits from the free labor
of African Slaves to permit descendants of Slaves an opportunity to better
our lifestyles, give our children hope and happiness, and teach them to love
themselves and the color of their skin.  We want our children to know their
history and learn from the perils we have faced.  We, as a race, have been
retrained from involvement in our own right to self determination, and we so
much want this opportunity.  But above all, we want the right to return to
the cultures from which we were taken and to our religions that we indulged,
enjoyed, and believed for our betterment.  We want the opportunity to take
pride in that which is "Black," as this is our color that stems from our
heritage.

The U.S. government and other World Powers have the authority to facilitate
Reparations and our relocation to friendly countries for those of us desirous
of such a move.  Please do not continue to turn to us the deaf ear.  We are
the downtrodden, the poor, and the oppressed of which the Bible speaks.  And
we will, therefore, continue to appeal to you and the World Leaders to
establish an "International Fund" for Reparations and for the establishment
of "New Communities" (housing, K-12 School, farm and farm equipment, Health
Center, and funds for small businesses) in which we can start new lives and
pursue the happiness and peace we have never experienced since being forced
from the lands of Africa.

Another matter of great importance to consider in the Reparations package is
to provide TOTAL debt relief to every underdeveloped country that permits
descendants of Slaves to live in their countries.  That is, these countries
will be exempt from owing every country that was involved in the
Triangular/African Slave Trade.  In this manner, these poor, struggling
countries will be more encouraged to embrace descendants of Slaves who choose
to reside in their friendly countries, as they only stand to benefit
economically from our relocation and/or repatriation.

With many prayers to the All-Mighty GOD and great hopes and expectations, we
request that you work with other White Nations involved in the African Slave
Trade to make Reparations a reality for descendants of Slaves so that we can
begin again to start to live according to our needs and desires for true
harmony and friendship among the races.

Because this matter is a Human Rights issue and so very important to us and
for the sake of justice, peace, and serenity in all our dwellings, this
letter is being sent to Mrs. Mary Robinson, the UN High Commissioner for
Human Rights and to countries that were also involved in the
Triangular/African Slave Trade and prospered from the blood, sweat, bondage,
and tears of Blacks out of Africa.

In the Name of the All-Mighty GOD of Abraham, and without delay, give us
reason to hope and experience happiness for once since our enslavement.  Are
we not deserving, after 400 years of captivity, of being set fee "at last?"

Please let me hear from you regarding Reparations for descendents of Slaves,
our relocation to and debt relief for friendly nations that permit Blacks to
live in their countries, as this is an unresolved matter that must be
addressed, as soon as possible because this is the right thing to do.

                            Respectfully,

                            Tziona Y. Nelson, Exe. Secretary

"BARBARIC AND INHUMANE CRIMES AGAINST BLACK HUMANITY"
And why we are due Reparations for the worst atrocities committed against
Black Peoples stolen from the Continent of Africa!

Forced Migration, Slavery, Ethnic Cleansing, Willie Lynch and Self-Hatred,
Black Codes, Jim Crow Laws, Lack of Civil Rights, Lynchings, Discrimination
and Prejudice, Repression, Restraint, and Control against Black Prosperity,
Coloreds Need Not Apply, White Superiority, White Privilege, Miseducation,
Legal Executions and Lethal Injections, Institutional Racism, Police
Brutality, Murder, and Trumped up Charges, unlawful imprisonment and Driving
While Black, Racial Profiling, and the list goes on, as to why we are due
Reparations.

Those Whites who called themselves "Superior" to Blacks and called Blacks
"Savages" enslaved Black Peoples for hundreds of years, raped black women,
sold their babies to other Slave Masters, separated husbands from wives to be
sold yet again into Slavery and maimed, castrated, branded and unmercifully
beat and murdered their Slaves at will, forbade any form of reading and
education for Slaves in order to maintain the Black Manís ignorance,
illiteracy, and inferiority for the purpose of exerting and proclaiming the
White Manís Superiority.  And they called us Savages!

Those who called us Savages forced us from the continent of Africa.
Those who called us Savages made us Slaves.
Those who called us Savages took our FREEDOM and called us "chattel."
Those who called us Savages dehumanized Blacks enslaved in White lands.
Those who called us Savages were responsible for 200 million dead Blacks.
Those who called us Savages caused us endless misery, despair, suffering,
oppression, and affliction.
Those who called us Savages turned Blacks against themselves.
Those who called us Savages brainwashed the Black Peoples to believe their
lies and to accept the indoctrination of their religion, culture, and
propaganda.
Today, those who call us Savages deny us of our Human Rights.
Today, those who call us Savages horde Blacks into ghettoes.
Today, those who call us Savages provide inferior educational systems in
Black neighborhoods.
Today, those who call us Savages inhibit Black social and economic growth.
Today, those who call us Savages build billion dollar prison systems and jail
Black Men because of what the white society has made of them.
Today those who call us Savages imprison Black Men on trumped up charges and
without reliable and adequate representation in the courts.
Today, those who call us Savages execute Black Men by way of the electric
chair and lethal injections without substantial evidence of guilt.
Today, those who call us Savages have no regard for the impoverished.
Today, those who call us Savages are the epitome of Savagery.
Today, the White Man has a legacy from our enslavement, but Blacks donít.
Today, the White Man still calls us Savages, but yet THEY refuse to apologize
or show remorse for the 400 years of enslavement of the Black Peoples taken
from the shores of Africa and forced to live in America and other White
Nations.  Today, there is no relief from the affects of the African Slave
Trade, as Blacks are still degraded and depraved and denied "Justice for All"
and "Equal Rights," in America and all other White dominated countries that
prosper due to Black free labor, blood, sweat, and tears.

We want to move on and live without the stress of asking, "Which one of our
sons or daughters is next to die?" and wondering if Blacks will ever receive
justice in this land that enslaved our forebears.  But due to race hatred and
gross violations against Blacks, this day, we are faced with inability and
restraint to pursue happiness, and GOD knows, there is no peace in our midst.

We have a right to be angry and the right to fight for Reparations payments
for better lifestyles for ourselves and for our children.  If we, Black
Folks, donít stand up and shout for whatís right and demand justice for the
Triangular/African Slave Trade and the affects of it on people of color since
1865, then who will?  The Powers-That-Be have done nothing to right the
wrongs against a Black People who have been under their TOTAL CONTROL since
coming to this land as Slaves and even after the Emancipation Proclamation.

This is an election year, demand to be heard, voice your concerns to your
Congressmen and Senators and candidates running for public office.  Let them
know that if they want your support, then they must endorse Reparations and
make it a reality.   We have got to rise up and better our dilemma.  We can
do it!

WE CAN MAKE REPARATIONS HAPPEN!  WE CAN PROVIDE BETTER COMMUNITIES AND
EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOODS!  AND ABOVE ALL, WE HAVE THE RIGHT
TO DEMAND REPARATIONS TO RELOCATE TO AND BUILD BLACK COMMUNITIES IN FRIENDLY
COUNTRIES THAT DO NOT TOLERATE RACE HATRED AND DISCRIMINATION OF ANY KIND!
AMERICA IS NOT THE GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD, AND PROOF OF THAT IS THE
HISTORY OF THE ATROCITIES THE GOVERNMENT AND WHITE SLAVE MASTERS COMMITTED
AGAINST THEIR SLAVES AND THE RACISM, RACE HATRED, AND INEQUITIES THAT ARE
SUSTAINED AGAINST DESCENDANTS OF SLAVES UNTO THIS DAY!   WE HAVE A RIGHT TO
CLAIM HUMAN RIGHTS!

Let us give our FOREBEARS an opportunity to "REST IN PEACE."  Come learn
about "REPARATIONS" and how we can demand the legacy we never received:
